“My locks stopped locking after I got a replacement key from the dealership, after my original key broke in the lock. I called AZ Desert Locksmith to look at my car locks, and they all three had to be replaced. I feel so bad I never got the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was excellent! He explained what was wrong with the locks, why they needed to be replaced, and how the dealership cut my replacement key wrong, which further damaged my locks. He replaced all three of my locks, but only charged for two, and gave me a new key plus spares at no extra charge.

I can’t praise enough how happy I am to be able to use the locks on my car again. There is a noticeable difference between the correct key he gave me and the bad key the dealership gave me.
